Brian Brinson

President

Brian graduated from Indiana University with a degree in communications and has spent his entire career solving problems and driving results in the advertising world. After honing his skills at several large firms, Brian eventually co-founded his own agency where his energy and passion have guided brand projects for a wide variety of category partners. Known as the ultimate people person, he is quick with a joke but supremely focused on meaningful communication and strategic collaboration with all stakeholders. Brian is always striving to elevate brands both competitively and culturally. He believes every brand has a unique story to tell, and he excels at identifying those stories and working with his team to turn them into powerful customer experiences.

Tim Wallis

Creative Director

Armed with a journalism degree from Indiana University and a screenwriting certificate from UCLA, Tim became a nationally recognized storyteller at an early age. As the creative director of his own ad agency, Tim has spent decades racking up awards from Communication Arts, the One Show, the Obies, the Effies, the Addys, and many others. Tim is a seer of possibilities, and the master of giving companies an authentic personality through a well articulated brand position. He’s worked with every type of client in every type of industry, always with the same goal in mind. Escape the sea of sameness by reaching for unique and engaging emotional connections. Because emotional engagement is what stirs commitment. And commitment is what drives business.

Jeff Brown

Design Director

Jeff is a graduate of Ball State University’s School of Fine Art where he excelled in a variety of visual mediums. As a graphic designer,  illustrator and creative director, he has decades of experience creating award-winning work for a wide spectrum of clients. Whether it’s designing gig posters for bands, packaging for craft breweries, websites for real estate developers, or ad campaigns for hospitals… Jeff has done it all. He approaches each and every project in the spirit of true craftsmanship, paying attention to the smallest details in support of the brand. A rare mix of strategy and creativity, he is passionate about delivering design that is bold and original, but solidly rooted in logic. And he is driven by challenges, excelling in the art of turning big problems into big ideas.
